How Betacowork handles your personal data.

Who we are

Betacowork is the data controller for the member directory and billing platform. Contact us at privacy@betacowork.com.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, optional gender/birth date), your member profile, membership and billing/invoicing information, and security logs (IP, sign-in times).

How we use it

To run your membership and billing, to power the member directory (only when you make your profile public), to send transactional email, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Our accounting partner (ICAB) for invoicing, Stripe for card payments, Mailgun for email, and Google Workspace for the members mailing list (only if you opt in). Each acts as a processor.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from your account page. Invoices are retained as required by law even after account deletion.
